A ball is thrown from the left and you see only the first part of its flight, the speed and the climb, before it vanishes near the top of the arc. Then you call where it lands. No formulas, no timer, no drawing the curve: you read the launch the way an outfielder reads a fly ball, and you commit to a spot on the ground. If you looked away, a replay shows the throw again.
Each call is scored on the distance between your marker and the true landing. Five throws a day, one call each, and the same five for everybody, so the trajectory guessing is fair across the whole board.
