Deleting your data

Send the name shown on your board and it will be removed, along with every score attached to it. See privacy for what exists in the first place.

A score that looks wrong

Every score is recalculated on the server from the moves you actually made, so a wrong one usually means a real bug. Say which game and which date and it can be traced back to the exact round.

A name that shouldn’t be on a board

Names are assigned automatically, but anyone can change theirs. Report one and it can be removed.

Anything broken, or an idea

Which phone and browser helps more than you would think — most of what goes wrong goes wrong on one of them and nowhere else.

What to expect

Freehand is made by one person in their own time, so a reply may take a few days. Anything about deleting data gets dealt with first.
